Enter the official name of the business; entries with unintelligible, inappropriate, or invalid content or email address will be discarded
You may nominate in as many categories as you’d like, however only one nomination form per valid email will be accepted
To qualify for the final ballot, nominations must indicate a verifiable, independent locally owned/operated small business in the CSRA
If nominating a franchise with multiple locations, indicate the specific location of the franchise you’re nominating
The nominated business must demonstrate that they provided the product or service in that category in the year 2024 to be eligible for final ballot listing.
